Trained staff and experienced management

North Central Shores staff members are all experienced state-certified caregivers and managers. We have a well-qualified assisted living home manager and experienced registered nurse on staff.

We coordinate with insurers,

pharmacies, physicians, Hospice and home health providers, physical and occupational therapists, as well as medical equipment providers. All physician orders are documented and adhered to by our staff within state requirements.

Flexible services that fit unique needs

We are committed to providing flexible care every day to allow our residents to change their plans and enjoy the things that make them unique. There are no restrictions on bedtimes, family visits or any reasonable request made to our staff for bedding changes, bathing preferences or other choices that comply with state requirements.

Dining and Snacks

We provide full table service and accommodation for special diets and physician- approved supplements. All meals are served in our spacious gallery dining room or, for residents who prefer, at our nearby demonstration kitchen island. We offer meals and snacks that residents enjoy and that are familiar and nutritious.

Spacious private rooms with roll-in bathrooms

Our 10 private rooms with private patios and bathrooms are set up for maximum wheelchair and walker access and feature individual TVs and remote-control staff paging.

Each room is equipped with fire alarm horns and strobes, and our sprinkler and smoke detection system is directly connected to a commercial monitoring service and the Phoenix Fire Department.

Service plans, moving in and resident requirements

Our manager and registered nurse will custom design a care plan for our residents following an evaluation of their medical history and current physician orders. We ask prospective residents and their families for specific input on food preferences, media habits, activities, sleep patterns and behaviors. We do accommodate a limited number of cooperative memory residents.
